Answer: C

Step-by-step explanation: Consider a triangle with points A, B and C. You must create a perpendicular bisector of AB and then a perpendicular bisector of BC that crosses each other. Then you must label the center of that point D, and then using a compass tool, create a circle around the triangle.

Answer:

c) Construct TWO perpendicular bisectors of the triangle

Step-by-step explanation:

To circumscribe a circle about a triangle

 • Construct the perpendicular bisectors of 2 sides of the triangle.
 • The point at which the bisectors cross is the center of the circumscribed circle.
 • Place the point of a compass on the center point. Adjust its length so that it reaches any vertex of the triangle, then draw the circumscribed circle.

If a snail crawls 12 centimeters per hour, how long will it take for the snail to travel 1 meter
Pavlova-9 [17]

Answer: 8 1/3 hours or 500 minutes

Step-by-step explanation:

Keep in mind that there are 100 centimeters in a meter.

The snail moves at a pace of 12 cm/h, and needs to go 100 cm. You can just divide 100/12 to get 8 1/3, which is how many hours (groups of 12 cm) it takes for the snail to travel 100 cm (1 meter).

If necessary, you can also multiply 8 1/3 by 60 to get the number of minutes the snail takes. 8 times 60 is 480, and 1/3 of an hour is 20, so add 480+20 to get 500 minutes.

I am very confused lol... So I'm doing a worksheet for Algebra 1 (highschool) and we're doing division and multiplication with f
evablogger [386]

OK first change 3 3/4 to an improper fraction and that will give you 15/4. so you got that part right. Next, change the division sign to multiplication. then flip the 1/2 to 2/1. Then multiply 15 times 2 and that will give you 30. Then multiply 4 times 1 and that will give you 4. then you will have an answer of 30/4. Finally, since you a have a big number over a small number you divide 30 by 4 and that will give you 7 1/2. So it turns out that your little cheat sheet is wrong because when you check your answer you should go on Math-way to check it. Also, a little background about me is that I am in 8th grade and I am taking algebra 1 too.

A microwave is the only electric device in a 120-volt circuit. If the circuit has 7.5
bogdanovich [222]

The electric power of microwave is 900 watts.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given,

Voltage in the circuit = 120 volts

Current in the circuit = 7.5 amp

Electric power of microwave = Voltage*Current

Electric power of microwave = 120*7.5

Electric power of microwave = 900 watts

Therefore,

The electric power of microwave is 900 watts.
