The role of an interest group leader is similar to that of an entrepreneur such that they are both involved in promoting the interests and concerns of members and coordination of workers.

This refers to an individual who creates a new business and bears most of the risk.

This individual ensures that the workers interest and concerns are promoted so as to ensure a conducive working environment and profit maximization which is also similar to the role an  interest group leader does.
