Answer: It takes the machine 25 min to make 5 chairs and takes 160 min to make 32 chairs

Step-by-step explanation:  ok so for 5 chairs it will take 25min 2 chairs = 10 plus 2 = 20 + 1 chair = 25 min I am sorry if I make no sense i suck at explaining things. for 32 chairs you can do 32 TIMES 5 and that would be 160 HOPE THIS HELPS SORRY IF I DID NOT MAKE SENSE.

Answer:

(g+f)(x)=(2^x+x-3)^(1/2)

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

f(x)= 2^(x/2)

And

g(x)= √(x-3)

We have to find (g+f)(x)

In order to find (g+f)(x), both the functions are added and simplified.

So,

(g+f)(x)= √(x-3)+2^(x/2)

The power x/2 can be written as a product of x*(1/2)

(g+f)(x)= √(x-3)+(2)^(1/2*x)

We also know that square root dissolves into power ½

(g+f)(x)=(x-3)^(1/2)+(2)^(1/2*x)

We can see that power ½ is common in both functions so taking it out

(g+f)(x)=(x-3+2^x)^(1/2)

Arranging the terms

(g+f)(x)=(2^x+x-3)^(1/2)  ..

Suppose the professor decides to grade on a curve. If the professor wants 16% of the students to get an A, what is the minimum s
vladimir1956 [14]
There isn't enough info to determine that, I believe. You would need an equation that would allow me to determine the minimum output for an A.
