Answer
Metals are better conductors that metalloids and non-metals.

Explanations
Metals have free electrons that facilitate the conductivity of heat. When a metal is heated at one end the electrons at that end gain kinetic energy and a carry heat energy from one end to the other.
Metalloids on the other hand lies between a metal and a non-metal. They would conduct heat but not as effective as metals.
For non-metal, they do not have free electron and so they do not conduct heat at all.

P1V1 = P2V2

sustituyendo nuestros datos tenemos

7.5 * 25 = P2 * 10

187.5 = P2 * 10

divide ambos lados por 10

P2 = 187.5 / 10

P2 = 18.75 atmósferas

La presión final es de 18.75 atm.

What would be the resulting charge of carbon (C) after this element loses four electrons?
Sladkaya [172]

Answer:

Carbon will become positively charged.

The charge of Carbon will be +4.

Explanation:

The charge of Carbon will be +4.

In the periodic table, elements that give out or lose electrons during electrochemical combinations are called electropositive elements. If carbon loses electrons during the chemical combination, Carbon will become positively charged, with a valency equal to the number of electrons that it lost.

This will make carbon have a charge of +4

Karl measures the current through a resistor. What else will he need to measure in order to work out its resistance?
Shkiper50 [21]

Answer:

The voltage (V)

Explanation:

Ohms, in his law, has explained the relationship between current, resistance and voltage.

Ohm's law, which states that the voltage passing through a resistor is directly proportional to both the current and the resistance of the resistor, has the following equation:

V = IR

Where;

V = voltage (volts)

I = current (Amperes)

R = resistance (ohms)

According to this question, Karl measures the current, I, through a resistor. In order to calculate his resistance, R, he will need to measure the voltage, V.

Answer:

It will be more than deta t

Explanation:

Because

deta t' = န deta t

But န= 1/√ (1 - v²/c²

So the observers in all the initial frames will be more than deta t
