Those things are so silly. i always used to put :going for a jog; exercising for 60 minutes every day; and cleaning around the house. and just say how your going to do those things. you can really put anything you want.

i wish to be more active in sports such as soccer/ i want to go outside and take jogs everyday/i want to stop eating fast food and sweets all the time  

my goals will be reached by practicing soccer in my back yard or outside with friends and to start eating healthier i will also ask my parent/guardian to go on walks with me
