Answer:

it depends on your age and gender

Explanation:

let’s say if your 11 going through puberty yes it’s normal, but if your in your 30s sitting on the couch eating chips all day, no it would not be healthy. For example when I was 10 I weighed 49lbs I hit puberty a couple months after and by the time I turned 11 I weighed 84lbs.

Explain why maintaining a heathy weight is considers a matter of energy balance
My name is Ann [436]
When we say energy, we are referring to calories or your calorie count. So when we say energy balance, we mean that your calorie count has to be balanced. Now we all know that when you eat too much, then you will gain much more calories. So if you want to maintain a healthy weight, then your calorie count should be just right. Also, exercise is also very important because if you intake more calories, then you have to make sure to burn it off through exercise so that you can maintain your balanced calorie count.

Which work is automatically increased for the delegator when there is a decrease in direct client care?
EleoNora [17]
The total patient care model requires a greater number of registered nurses to provide the care. This results in increased costs, making the model less cost-effective. Continuity of care is a problem if the registered nurse is unable to communicate the patient's needs. In the team nursing model, the team leader needs to take time to delegate work. The total patient care model does not have a lack of collaboration; rather the model allows a high degree of collaboration with other healthcare team members. In the primary nursing model, the associate nurse cannot change the care plan without discussing it with the primary nurse.Building an
