The value of the expression for the given values is 1294139

Evaluating an expression

From the question, we are to rewrite the expression

(11j⁻³k²) (j³k⁴)

This can be rewritten as

11 × j⁻³ × k² × j³ × k⁴

11 × j⁻³ × j³ × k² × k⁴

11 × j⁻³⁺³ × k²⁺⁴

11 × j⁰× k⁶

= 11 × 1 × k⁶

= 11k⁶

Now we are to evaluate the expression for when j = -8 and k = 7

The expression is

= 11 × k⁶

= 11 × 7⁶

= 1294139

Hence, the value of the expression for the given values is 1294139

Here is the complete question:

Use the properties of exponents to rewrite this expression. Then evaluate the rewritten expression for the given values to

complete the statement.

(11j⁻³k²) (j³k⁴)

When j = -8 and k = 7

If a function wouldn't represent area of a circle its domain would be all real numbers. For any number r we can calculate f(r)

But since radius of circle cannot be negative and it also doesnt make sense that it is 0 the answer would be all positive real numbers

ella [17]

There are 20 combinations of boxes that can be used for the customer's 15 chocolate pieces.

In mathematics, a coefficient is a multiplicative factor in some term of a polynomial, a series, or an expression; it is usually a number, but may be any expression. When the coefficients are themselves variables, they may also be called parameters.

It is given that a customer ordered 15 pieces of gourmet chocolate. The order can be packaged in small boxes that contain 1, 2 or 4 pieces of chocolate. Any box that is used must be full.

The coefficient of x^{15} from the steps shown in the image is 20.

Hence, there are 20 possibilities.
