well by not eating a lot of food you won’t gain a lot of weight. But it also depends on what you eat. But if you don’t eat enough food you’ll become Malnourished. Which can put your body in a dangerous state of being. You won’t have any energy you’ll feel sluggish all the time your teeth and hair would probably fall out (of course a little bit at a time). These are some examples.
