Answer:

a=-4/3, 14/3

Step-by-step explanation:

absolute value only makes the answer become positive whether the value inside is negative or positive.
so -3a+5=9 or -3a+5=-9 all works

-3a+5=9

-3a=4

a=-4/3

If -3a+5=-9

-3a=-14

a=14/3

     Area:  S=r^2.\pi =(\frac{D}{2} )^2.\pi = (\frac{40}{2})^2.3,14=1256\\

2)  Perimeter: P = 10.82 +10.82 + 12 + ( 12 . 3,14 )/2 = 52.48 mm

What is the differentiation of 2cos2x
garri49 [273]

2cos2x=y

dy/dx(2cos2x)=-4sin2x

d/du cosu= u'×cos'u=-u'×sinu

d/du sinu= u'×sin'u= u'×cosu

d/du tanu = u'×(1+tan²u)

d/du cotu = u'×-(1+cot²u)

proof for cosu :

cos2x= 1-2sin²x

or 2cosx²-1

or cos²x-sin²x

we will one of this fro example let's take the first one

d/dx 1-2sin²x=0-2×2(sinx)×cosx=-2sin2x

and we have 2 in the begining so its -4sin2x

Andrew [12]

Answer: the rule is  (x, y) → (x – 4, y + 15)

D’ in the image are (9, –8)?

x – 4= 9  y + 15= -8, so x=13, and y = - 8-15=-23

so D(13, -23)
