Using the left hand rule, if current points up and the field is toward you,  the  motion points up.

<h3>What is the left hand rule?</h3>

The left hand rule states that if the thumb, the fore finger and the middle finger are held mutually perpendicular to each other, the thumb points in the direction motion, the middle finger points in the direction of current while the fore finger points in the direction of the magnetic field.

Thus using the left hand rule, if current points up and the field is toward you,  the  motion points up.
