The molecular weight of this gas will be 45 g/mol .

The state equilibrium equation for a fictitious perfect gas is known as the ideal gas law, sometimes known as the generic gas equation. Although it has significant drawbacks, it represents a decent approximation of the activity of many gases under various conditions.

Ideal gas law can be expressed as:

PV =nRT

Calculation of molecular weight by using ideal as law.

Given data:

P = 3 atm

T = 127 °c

Density =  4. 20 grams per liter

PV =nRT

where p is pressure , T is temperature and R is gas constant.

PV = gram / molecular weight RT

Molecular weight = (g/v)( 1/P) RT

Putting the given data in above equation.

Molecular weight =4.20 × 1/ 3× 400 × 0.0831

Molecular weight = 45 g/mol.

A 9.75 L 9.75 L container holds a mixture of two gases at 41 ° C. 41 °C. The partial pressures of gas A and gas B, respectively,
Triss [41]

Answer:

The total  pressure P = 1.642 atm

Explanation:

From the dalton's law

Total pressure of the mixture is

P = P_{A} + P_{B} + P_{C} ----- (1)

P_A = 0.419 atm

P_B = 0.589 atm

P_C = \frac{nRT}{V}

n = 0.24 mole

R = 0.0821 \frac{L.Atm}{K.mol}

T = 41 °c = 314 K

P_C = \frac{(0.24)(0.0821)(314)}{9.75}

P_C = 0.634 atm

From equation (1)

P = 0.419 + 0.589 + 0.634

P = 1.642 atm

Thus the total  pressure P = 1.642 atm

When a sex cell, divides what is the result
nataly862011 [7]

The cell divides to get 2 new cells. If you may have learned, sex cells can only divide four times. in a female egg cell, only one cell out of those can make a kid. In a male, all four cells are ready to make babies.

Hope this helps :)

If 5 moles of He gas at a pressure of 4.3 atm have a temperature of 277 K, what is the volume?
sergeinik [125]

Answer:

PV= n RT

4.3×y = 5×277

4.3y =1385

4.3y÷ 4.3y = 1385 ÷ 4.3y

y = 322

Given the reaction:
olchik [2.2K]

Answer:

Option C. 200mL

Explanation:

We'll begin by writing the balanced equation for the reaction. This is illustrated below:

2NaOH + H2SO4 –> Na2SO4 + 2H2O

From the balanced equation above,

The mole ratio of the acid (nA) = 1

The mole ratio of the base (nB) = 2

The following data were obtained from the question:

Molarity of the base (Mb) = 1M

Volume of the base (Vb) =..?

Molarity of the acid (Ma) = 1M

Volume of the acid (Va) = 100mL

The volume of the base needed can be obtained as follow:

MaVa/MbVb = nA/nB

1 x 100 /1 xVb = 1/2

Cross multiply to express in linear form

Vb = 1 x 100 x 2

Vb = 200mL

Therefore, the volume of the base needed for the reaction is 200mL
