Medical staff bylaws rules and regulation should be provided. There are minor nuances from institution to institution then both the documents have similar frameworks for content. Both the documents are approved by the board .

"The bylaw's belong to the medical staff, we'll change them ." The bylaws belong to the institution , approved by the board and then CEO to determine if modifications will impact the safety of care or increase the organization expense exposure.
