The possible structures with 6-C Chain and 1 double bond i.e. the isomers are                2-methylhex-2-ene , 3-methylhex-2-ene , 4-methylhex-2-ene ,                5-methylhex-2-ene , 2-methylhex-3-ene , 3-methylhex-3-ene ,                  4-methylhex-3-ene , 5-methylhex-3-ene , 2-methylhexene ,                       3-methylhexene  , 4-methylhexene , 5-methylhexene .2-methylene hexane , 3-methylenehexane .

These all are functional group isomers.

isomers :

same molecular formula but different physical and chemical properties .

Positional isomers :

same molecular and chemical formula but different in position of the functional group .it is a structural isomerism .

functional isomers :

same molecular formula but different functional groups attached to the main ring.

Ans: 650 J = 155 calories

Given:

Energy in joules = 650 J

To determine:

The energy in calories

Explanation:

1 joule = 0.2388 calories

g The first step in the process is to calibrate the grating, so we know the grating spacing (the distance between the openings i
Trava [24]

Answer:

The grating spacing is  d = 1055nm

Explanation:

From the question we are told that

    The wavelength is  \lambda = 590 nm = 590 *10^{-9}m

    The angle is \theta = 34^0

    The order of the spectrum is n = 1

Generally in grating grating the condition for maxima to occur is

             d sin \theta  = n \lambda

where d is the grating spacing

     making d the subject of the formula

                  d = \frac{\lambda }{sin \theta }

        Substituting values

                  d = \frac{590 * 10^{-9}}{sin (34)}

                     d = 1055nm

Vesnalui [34]

Answer:

Mass = 72.52 g

Explanation:

Given data:

Mass of hydrogen phosphate produced = ?

Mass of P₂O₅ react = 105.9 g

Solution:

Chemical equation:

P₂O₅ + 3H₂O     →     2H₃PO₄

Number of moles of P₂O₅:

Number of moles = mass/molar mass

Molar mass of P₂O₅ 283.9 g/mol

Number of moles = 105.9 g/ 283.9 g/mol

Number of moles = 0.37 mol

Now we will compare the moles of P₂O₅ with H₃PO₄ from balance chemical equation.

                     P₂O₅        :         H₃PO₄

                         1           :           2

                      0.37        :        2/1×0.37= 0.74 mol

Mass of H₃PO₄ :

Mass = number of moles × molar mass

Mass = 0.74 mol ×  98 g/mol

Mass = 72.52 g
