Stevens called at the federal government to provide freedpeople "a home of 40 acres of land." They understood training as a way of escaping white exploitation.

We recognise Thaddeus Stevens as an ardent abolitionist who championed the rights of blacks for decades—up to, during, and after the Civil war. With other Radical Republicans, he agitated for emancipation, black fighting gadgets, and black suffrage. He lacked any political savvy or skill. Thaddeus Stevens, a member of the U.S. residence of Representatives for the duration of Abraham Lincoln's presidency, fought to abolish slavery and helped draft the 14th modification at some stage in Reconstruction. African americans deserved the proper to vote after contributing their unpaid labor for centuries. After slavery, country governments across the South instituted laws known as Black Codes. Those laws granted certain legal rights to blacks, including the right to marry, own property, and sue in court, however the Codes also made it illegal for blacks to serve on juries, testify in opposition to whites, or serve in country militias. Following the Civil warfare as a part of the Reconstruction length, various Civil Rights Acts (once in a while called Enforcement Acts) had been handed to increase rights of emancipated slaves, restrict discrimination, and combat violence directed at the newly freed populations.

A larger population density always indicates a larger population size.
BARSIC [14]
This is only true per square mile or square kilometer, but it's false generally (so I would say that the statement is false).

For example, Hong Kong and Macau have by far higher population density (with Macau said to have the biggest population density in the world) than mainland China, but Mainland China has a larger population.
