The average current during the given time interval is δq/δt.

Based on their motion, charges are of two types- charges at rest and charges in motion.

The charges at rest do not produce an electric current but the moving charges produce an electric current.

The attached diagram represents the flow of charges which leads to the production of electric current.

The flow of current is not always steady, so we define it in the form of average current for a particular duration of time.

The relation between average current, the amount of charge passing through a surface, and the time taken in doing so is given by the following equation,

I = δq/δt

Here, I represent the average current during a particular duration of time, δq is the amount of net charge that passes through a surface during a period δt.

Hence, the average current during this time interval is δq/δt.

The molecular mass of sodium oxide (Na2O) is
tresset_1 [31]
The answer is 62 u. The molecular mass of a molecule (Mr) is the sum of atomic masses (Ar) of its elements. Ar(Na) = 23 u. Ar(O) = 16 u. Therefore, the molecular mass of sodium oxide is 62 u: Mr(Na2O) = 2 * Ar(Na) + Ar(O) = 2 * 23 u + 16 u = 46 + 16 = 62 u.

I need to know everything about mars. I need to do a full 3 page essay. please help!
zheka24 [161]

Answer:

Mars was the Roman god of War along with an agricultural guardian. He is most closely related to the god Ares of Greek Mythology. In Roman mythology, he was second in importance to Jupiter, Rome's god of the Skies and Weather. Jupiter was the king of the Roman Pantheon, husband of the queen of gods Juno. He was also Mars' father. Unlike his Greek Counterpart, Ares who was most known for his hot headed temper and associated with hate and anger, Mars was part of the Romans Archaic Triad, sort of like the Big Three of Greek religion. The members of said Triad included Mars, Jupiter, and Quirinus, who had no Greek equivalent. Mars was most commonly depicted in posed of valor and strength, carrying swords or shields. He wore common Roman armor, including the plumed helmet. He was pictured as a strong leader of the Roman Army. The fourth planet from the Sun was given the name Mars when it was first discovered because it was red, much like the main color the Roman god was affiliated with.

This was mostly just random facts but i hope it helped some with your essay :)

A balloon of hydrogen is put into to pressure chamber. The initial pressure and volume of hydrogen is 1 atm and .5 cm3. The pres
Elis [28]

Answer:

0.25 cm³.

Explanation:

We shall apply Boyle's law to find the solution . According to it

PV = constant where P is pressure and V is volume of the gas.

P₁ V₁ = P₂V₂

1 x .5 = 2 x V₂

V₂ = 0.25 cm³.

Help with 2 Physics questions, WILL CHOOSE BRAINLIEST
Tju [1.3M]

1) D

2) D.) Greater than \theta_c

Explanation:

1)

The phenomenon of total internal reflection occurs when a ray of light hitting the interface between two mediums is totally reflected back into the original medium, therefore no refraction into the second medium occurs.

This phenomenon occurs only if two conditions are satisfied:

 • The index of refraction of the first medium is larger than the index of refraction of the 2nd medium
 • The angle of incidence is greater than a certain angle called critical angle

In picture 1, we have 4 different diagrams. In the diagrams:

 • The red arrow represents the incident ray
 • The green arrow represents the refracted ray
 • The blue arrow represents the reflected ray

Total internal reflection occurs when there is no refraction, therefore when there is no green arrow: this occurs only in figure D, so this is the correct option. (in figure C, there is a refracted ray but it is parallel to the interface: this condition occurs when the angle of incidence is exactly equal to the critical angle, however in this problem, the angle of incidence is greater than the critical angle, so the correct option is D)

2)

As we stated in problem 1), total internal reflection occurs when the angle of incidence is equal or greater than the critical angle. Therefore in this case, the angle of incidence must be

D.) Greater than \theta_c

What determines how severe an electric shock will be?
Eva8 [605]

Answer:

The three primary factors affect the injury severity of an electric shock: 1) the amount of current passing through the body 2) the duration of the current flow and 3) the current path through the body.
