If the earth's rotation axis was tilted by 45 degrees instead of 23.5 degrees, how would that affect the climate of the earth? w
Crank
Changing the tilt of the axis from 23 degrees to 45 degrees would dramatically change the seasons. They would be more extreme. Increasing the tilt angle means a larger section of the earth would experience one season for a longer period. There would be longer and colder winters and likewise hotter and longer summers.

Remote controls enable users to adjust the volume and channel of televisions without having to touch the television. Which of th
Grace [21]

Answer:

When you use your control remote, you can see that there is not a "material" thing that comes out of the control remote and goes to the TV, but there is actually energy that comes from the control remote (and this is why your control remote needs battery)

This energy is called an "electromagnetic wave" usually in the infrared range, this means that the energy that comes from the control remote has less energy than the visible red light (and this is why we can not see the light that comes out of the control remote), and this "signal" is read by the TV, in order to change of channel or change the volume.

You even can see that there is a sort of light (electromagnetic wave) coming out from it if you point with a camera to the small bulb that is in the front of the control remote.

Nitella [24]

Answer:

2. electromagnets can be made stronger by adding more coils to the solenoid.

3. electromagnets can be made stronger by increasing the strength of the electrical source.

Explanation:

Electromagnets are not permanent, they act as magnets when current runs through its coils. They can be stronger by increase the current that goes through the coil surrounding them,. This can be done two ways: 1) increasing the actual current intensity, or 2) increasing the number of coils that wrap around them.
