A particle in uniform circular motion requires a net force acting towards the center of the circular path.

Objects or particles that are in circular motion are those objects that move along a circular path. This motion along a circular path can be uniform with constant angular rate of rotation and a constant speed, non-uniform with a changing rate of rotation and speed.

It means then that a particle in uniform circulation motion moves in a circle with a constant speed, though with a changing velocity. It is because of this changing velocity that makes the particle to experience acceleration.

The particle in uniform circular motion will also experience centripetal acceleration which will cause and makes it maintain the uniform circular motion. This centripetal acceleration is the net force that causes the circular motion and is directed towards the center of the circular path.

Hence, a particle in uniform circular motion will require a net force directed towards the center of the circular path.

A 480 g peregrine falcon reaches a speed of 69 m/s in a vertical dive called a stoop. If we assume that the falcon speeds up und
LiRa [457]

Answer:

The minimun height is 242 [m]

Explanation:

We can solve this problem by using the principle of energy conservation, where potential energy becomes kinetic energy. We will take the point where the Falcon reaches the speed of 69 (m/s), as the point where the potential energy is zero, i.e. it will be the reference point.

At the reference point all potential energy has been transformed into kinetic energy, therefore the kinetic energy can be calculated.

E_{k}=0.5*m*v^{2} \\ where:\\v = velocity = 69 [m/s]\\m = mass = 480[g] = 0.480[kg]\\E_{k} = kinetic energy [J]\\E_{k} =0.5*0.48*(69)^{2} \\E_{k} =1142.64[J]

Now we can calculate the elevation with respect to the reference point using the definition of the potential energy.

E_{p}=m*g*h\\ E_{p}=E_{k} \\therefore\\h= E_{p}/(m*g)\\h= 1142.64/(.48*9.81)\\h=242[m]

The irony is the figure of speech which represents the contradiction between what is stated and what actually the scenario is.

the statement by the poet does not have any contradictory statements.

The extended metaphor is a part of speech which is used when there is a comparison between two unlike things in the paragraph.

in the given statement of the poem, there is no comparison.

Personification is the part of speech where human quality are given to non-living things.

in the give statement wind in the wire took up the story can be taken as the human quality.

so, the statement part of speech is personification.

The question is in the attachment.
sammy [17]

Answer:

Correct answer:  Yes, with acceleration a = 10 m/s²

Explanation:

By definition acceleration is equal.

a = ΔV / Δt = (V₂ - V₁) / (t₂ - t₁)

a = (10 - 0)/ (1 - 0) = (20 - 10)/ (2 - 1) = ........ (50 - 40)/ (5 -4) = 10 m/s²

a = 10 m/s²

mote1985 [20]

The rocky object orbiting in space is most likely referred to as an asteroid.

<h3>What is an Asteroid?</h3>

This is referred to a rocky object which revolve around the sun and are considered too small to be called a planet.

Asteroids was observed with the use of a telescope and is around 250 km wide thereby making it the most appropriate choice.

A dish is given to you, which contains a blackish-yellow powder. When you move a magnet over it, you are amazed to see black par
myrzilka [38]

Answer:

In the case of the blackish-yellow powder, the black color is due to the presence of a iron and yellow color is due to sulfur. As the iron has retained its original properties it has got attached to the magnet. Thus the blackish-yellow powder is considered a mixture.
