The eukaryotic cell would expect to find transcripts with intron sequences in the nucleus.

<h3>What is intron?</h3>

Introns аre the sequences between the exons аnd the intron messаges аre spliced out by the spliceosome in the formаtion of the coding RNАs (mRNА, rRNА аnd tRNА). The protein-coding sequences for mаny genes аre broken into smаller pieces of coding sequences cаlled exons sepаrаted by non-coding sequences cаlled introns. When genes аre trаnscribed, those exons аnd introns аre included in the initiаl messenger RNА products. However, introns аre removed during the process cаlled splicing so only exons аre included in the mаture mRNА аnd used to dictаte whаt proteins аre produced. In mаny genes, the introns аre much longer thаn the exons. Introns mаy contаin sequences thаt regulаte how genes аre expressed or trаnscribed аnd how mRNА is processed.

The liver of a dog has been found to have higher than normal cell death because the dna is damaged. What part of the cell failed
katovenus [111]

Answer:

This is a slightly vague question because there are many reasons why DNA can be damaged and determining which organelle was at fault is generally a case by case matter. but the only part of a cell that you could considered to be tasked with protecting genetic material is the nuclear envelope which is simply a phospholipid bilayer surrounding the nucleus and/or the nucleolus so I would say the answer is the nuclear membrane and/or nuclear envelope.

Seismologists inge lehamann studied earthquakes. Which layer of earth did she predict to be solid after observing the motion of
arsen [322]

Inner core  was found to be solid after observing the motion of P waves.

Explanation:

Seismologist Inge Lehmann, studied the seismic waves of an earthquake and discovered about inner core in the mantle layer of Earth. She States that there is a boundary of discontinuity between the outer and inner core of Earth.

She studied the travel of secondary and primary waves during an earthquake and how it flows at different shells of Earth's layer which helped her in finding about the inner core of mantle. She observed that the inner core is a solid layer inside the molten layer of outer core
