The graph of a function is the set of all those point which when placed on a graph represents the data in unorganised manner.

In order to describe the function of a graph the first thing that we do is to stabilize a relationship between the co-ordinate axes.

We closely observe and analyse the change of one Axis with the changes of other. After this step we make a set of all the possible points which are describing the function properly within the range and domain of the function. One Axis represents the domain and the other access represents the range.

After this we finally conclude that the function of a graph is set of all those points which represents and shows the data on a diagram in a well organized and understandable manner.
