The density of a cube that has a mass of 12. 6 and a measured  length of  4.1 cm is 0.18 kg/cm³

Density=mass/volume

mass=12.6

volume=68.9

density=12.6/68.9

density=0.18 kg/cm³

Density is defined as a material substance's mass per unit volume. Density is described by the equation d = M/V, where d stands for density, M for mass, and V for volume. Grams per cubic centimeter is the unit of measurement for density. For instance, compared to Earth's density of 5.51 grams, water has a density of 1 grams per cubic centimeter . Another way to express density is in kilograms per cubic meter (in meter-kilogram-second or SI units), It is easy to determine the relationship between mass and volume using density. For instance, the formula for determining a body's mass is M = Vd, while the formula for determining a body's volume is V = M/d.

How far apart are two conducting plates that have an electric field strength of 4.5 × 103V/m between them, if their potential
nalin [4]

Answer:

Explanation:

Given

Electric Field Strength E=4.5\times 10^{3}\ V/m

Potential Difference between Plates is given by V=12.5\ kV

In conducting plates a Potential difference exist between two plate which accelerate the charge when put between the conducting plates

The potential difference is given by

\Delta V=Ed

where E=Electric Field strength

d=distance between Plates

d=\frac{\Delta V}{E}

d=\frac{12.5\times 10^3}{4.5\times 10^{3}}

d=2.78\ m

A 35.2-g sample of an alloy at 93.0°C is placed into 219 g of water at 22.0°C in an insulated coffee cup. Assume that no heat is
Korvikt [17]

Answer:

Explanation:

mass of the alloy = 35.2 g

temperature t of the alloy = 93° C

heat loss by alloy = mc ( t₁ - t₂) where t₁ = 93 and t₂ = 31.1° C

heat loss by alloy = 2178.88 c where c is the specific heat capacity of the alloy

heat gained by water = m cw ( t₂ - t₁ ) where t₁ of water = 22° C and t₂ of water = 31.1° C

heat gained by water = 8338.294

heat gained = heat loss

2171.84 c =  8338.294

c specific heat capacity of the alloy = 8338.294 / 2178.88 = 3.83 J/g.K

How does convection play a role in tornadoes?
Anna11 [10]

Answer: The mesocyclone

Explanation: The unsaturated air, if moved upward, will be cooler than the surrounding air and it will sink. ... This convective action (that is, the circulation of air as a result of heat transfer) produces the huge clouds commonly associated with thunderstorms and tornadoes.
