The reason behind the barking of the group of neighborhood dogs could be Territorial/Protective or Alarm/Fear.

What is bark or barking?

Dogs are known for making the most prevalent barking noises. Wolves, coyotes, foxes, seals, and barking owls are a few other creatures that make this sounds. The most typical onomatopoeia for this sound in English, particularly for large dogs, is "woof." The word "bark" can also be used to describe the sound made by numerous canids. A bark is a brief vocalization, as per the researchers at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Territorial/Protective: When a person or another animal enters their perceived area, your dog may bark excessively, depending on the breed. The barking frequently gets louder as the threat draws closer. When your dog barks in this manner, he will appear vigilant and sometimes even hostile.

Alarm/Fear: Some dogs will bark in alarm or fear at any sound or item that draws their attention or alarmed them. It's not just in their home country where this can occur. When they are afraid, their tails will be tucked and their ears will be pulled back.

A swimming pool, 10.0 m by 4.0 m, is filled with water to a depth of 3.0 m at a temperature of 20.2°c. if the energy needed to r
Tomtit [17]

You need to find the mass of water in the pool.
Find the volume (10 x 4 x 3) = 120 m3

Water has a density of 1000g/m3,so 120 m3 = 120 x 1000 = 120 000 kg

[delta]H = 4.187 x 120 000 x 3.4 (and the units will be kJ)

You then use the heat of combustion knowing that each mole of methane releases 891 kJ of heat so if you divide 891 into the previous answer, you will get the number of moles of CH4

Verizon [17]
The correct answer among the choices is option D. Density is not one of the properties included in the ideal gas law. The law is expressed as: PV=nRT. As we can see, the pressure, the volume and the temperature of the gas are included in the law.

(1) In nondestructive testing, a discontinuity may be defined as an interruption in the normal physical structure or configurati
QveST [7]

Answer: BOTH ARE TRUE

Explanation: Nondestructive testing or Evaluation is a term used in the field of science and technology to describe the evaluations, analysis or testing carried out on components of materials without destroying any part or components of the test materials. It is very useful in scientific research or industrial engineering environments. When any disruption of physical structure or configuration of a component will lead to discontinuing of the test, and it may not affect the usefulness of the affected parts.

A radio station's channel, such as 100.7 fm or 92.3 fm, is actually its frequency in megahertz (mhz), where 1mhz=106hz. calculat
lakkis [162]
When it comes to wave behavior, there are parameters called wavelength and frequency. These two are related by speed of the radiowave. Radiowaves are electromagnetic waves which travels as fast as light. The wavelength is the distance while frequency is the reciprocal of time. When you multiply them both, you get the electromagnetic wave's speed. The equation is c = wavelength*frequency, where c is the speed of light equal to 3 x 10^8 m/s.

3 x10^8 m/s = wavelength/104.9 x 10^6 Hz (Hertz is 1/s)
wavelength = 2.86 meters
