Fear appeal is a term used in psychology, sociology and marketing. It generally describes a strategy for motivating people to take a particular action.

The fear appeal marketing is simply a method which is used to scare the audience and compelled them to buy or purchase that product. The fear appeal subjects the audience that if they won't buy the products then they will be in a risk.

An example of the fair appeal of a message is the method in which an anxiety is created in that patient which is suffering from several disorders or diseases, by doing so the patient is then get free from different kinds of disorders or diseases.
