Answer: 1.76 Nm
Explanation:
If the force pulls horizontally, this means that the force is tangent to the disk at any point of the string unwinding process, so the distance d is irrelevant.
In this case, the torque is directly given by the product of the force times the distance perpendicular to the center of the disk, which is just the radius, as follows:
τ = F * r = 16 N. (0.11) m = 1.76 Nm
Answer:
6.0 × W/
Explanation:
From Wien's displacement formula;
Q = e A
Where: Q is the quantity of heat transferred, e is the emissivity of the surface, A is the area, and T is the temperature.
The emissive intensity = = e
Given from the question that: e = 0.6 and T = 1000K, thus;
emissive intensity = 0.6 ×
= 0.6 × 1.0 ×
= 6.0 ×
Therefore, the emissive intensity coming out of the surface is 6.0 × W/.

This question is a very good one indeed! I am very happy you asked it. I would first like to say that, although energy is important, our planet is more so. That is why I feel like we should always try to explore ideas that are both useful to the human race but also useful in protecting our environment because what is the use in having energy if we will not be able to use it. That is why I feel that we should try at types of energy like solar and wind. The problem is finding ways that are less expensive and more efficient. For example, creating a wind energy system that creates a sizeable about of energy and also is not too expensive and hard to make like the wind turbines of nowadays. Also what comes into question is the effect of these ideas and I feel that although some of these may have harmful effects, they must be used. One thing though is that I do not agree in expanding on our oil and gas exploration because it has so many bad effects to our environment that it is hardly worth it. If we can find alternatives in these other sources, like many states in the USA are trying to do, then we will be able to move much faster in technology and also help protect our lovely planet.
1mL of coke cost =$0.00117.
The cost of 2-liter bottle of coke is $2.34
The unit of 1 liter is 1000ml.
Then the 2 liter coke bottle volume is 2000ml
The formula is ( divide the total price by the quantity).
$2.34/2000=0.00117.
The capacity of a liquid is measured in metric units of volume called liters and milliliters. There are four units of measurement for liquid volume: milliliters, centiliters, liters, and kiloliters. The values of these units vary even though they all refer to the same quantity.
