The best activity for her to do to improve her range of motion is flexibility.

What are a few range of motion illustrations?

The term the range of motion (ROM) describes the extent to which a joint or muscle may be moved or stretched. Everybody has a distinct experience. For instance, whereas some people can perform a complete split, others cannot because their joints are stiff and their muscles are unable to extend as far.

What restricts motion range?

A joint is said to have a restricted range of motion when it cannot move easily and completely in its typical position. A mechanical issue within the joint, swollen tissues around the joint, or pain may restrict motion.

The state in which a star's gravitational collapse is balanced between gravity pushing inward and gas pressure pushing outward i
Andrew [12]
The relation between temperature and pressure is called the "equation of state of the gas". or "Hydrostatic equilibrium in ordinary star". Take for example a balloon, it will have a larger spherical shape, if the pressure inside exerted by the gas on a wall of a balloon balance the inward force exerted by the outside atmospheric pressure. In a dying star which is being compressed by gravity, the gas is being squeezed so the molecules is moving rapidly, resulting to a very high temperature, and this provide a balance that counteract or balances the compressive force of gravity. The very high temperature inside the star is needed to balance the force of gravity, and it is provide by "nuclear fusion energy" or else the star would collapse under the force of gravity. Depending on the size or mass of the star, it will either become, a "neutron star" or a "black hole".

A student on her way to school walks eastward in a straight line 20.0 meters towards the bus stop, but realizes she dropped her
larisa [96]

Answer:

Total displacement will be 47 meter

Total distance will be 83 meters

Explanation:

We have given that first the student go eastward towards bus stop 20 meters

But he realizes that she dropped his physics notebook and so h=she turns back along the same way up to 18 meters

So displacement = 20-18 = 2 meters

And he travel 45 meters in east along the bus stop so total displacement = 45+2 = 47 meters

Total distance traveled by the student = 20+18+45 = 83 meters

A particular 12 V car battery can send a total charge of 110 A·h (ampere-hours) through a circuit, from one terminal to the othe
DiKsa [7]

Answer:

(a) 3.96 x 10⁵C

(b) 4.752 x 10⁶ J

Explanation:

(a) The given charge (Q) is 110 A·h (ampere hour)

Converting this to A·s (ampere second) gives the number of coulombs the charge represents. This is done as follows;

=> Q = 110A·h

=> Q = 110 x 1A x 1h          [1 hour = 3600 seconds]

=> Q = 110 x A x 3600s

=> Q = 396000A·s

=> Q = 3.96 x 10⁵A·s = 3.96 x 10⁵C

Therefore, the number of coulombs of charge is 3.96 x 10⁵C

(b) The energy (E) involved in the process is given by;

E = Q x V           -----------------(i)

Where;

Q = magnitude of the charge = 3.96 x 10⁵C

V = electric potential = 12V

Substitute these values into equation (i) as follows;

E = 3.96 x 10⁵ x 12

E = 47.52 x 10⁵ J

E = 4.752 x 10⁶ J

Therefore, the amount of energy involved is 4.752 x 10⁶ J
