The government may be violating the Fifth Amendment by trying to prosecute Mary and Bob again.
The Fifth Amendment states (among other things) that a person can be tried only once in federal court for the same offense. Given that Mary and Bob were already prosecuted for identity theft and won the case due to lack of evidence, the government can try to prosecute them again, but it will be violating the Fifth Amendment in doing so.

Answer: The way that these issues influenced exploration and colonization in North America was that their exploration was fueled by the desire to obtain more wealth, ,more power(politics), and to spread their religion. European nations established colonies in North America for this reasons. European colonization of North America had a devastating effect on the native population. Within a short period of time their way of life was changed forever. The changes were caused by a number of factors, including loss of land, disease, enforced laws which violated their culture and much more.

Answer: True

Explanation:

Eric is in fact faced by an ethical dilemma. Should he decide to act in an ethical manner and refuse to fill the fresh produce with some older produce, his business could die.

Should he decide to act in a non ethical manner though, his business will continue for some time.

He is faced with the option of being ethical or non ethical.

That is his ethical dilemma.

How many Americans were killed in the Vietnam War?
Darina [25.2K]

Answer:

In 1995 Vietnam released its official estimate of the number of people killed during the Vietnam War: as many as 2,000,000 civilians on both sides and some 1,100,000 North Vietnamese and Viet Cong fighters. The U.S. military has estimated that between 200,000 and 250,000 South Vietnamese soldiers died. The Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., lists more than 58,300 names of members of the U.S. armed forces who were killed or went missing in action. Among other countries that fought for South Vietnam, South Korea had more than 4,000 dead, Thailand about 350, Australia more than 500, and New Zealand some three dozen.
