How to remember the symbols for elements

A good way in which you could help yourself better memorize the symbols for each of the elements on the periodic table, is by making flashcards and studying them. So you’re going to want to take some flashcards, write the full name of the element on the back, and write the symbol on the front… Just study those cards over and over until you’re able to say all the symbols for all the elements… What I would do is maybe memorize five to ten symbols to begin with, until you feel comfortable with adding more… Hope this helps.
