<span>the most likely effect of this blockage would be: </span>The left atrium and ventricle would receive less blood flow being pumped to the rest of the body. 
The left pulmonary artery is functioned to direct the blood flow into the left Lung. If this artery is blocked, both left atrium and ventricle wouldn't have enough blood supply to be processed.
