Answer:

Heat Energy...

Explanation:

As it is covered with the plastic wrap and inside is covered in Aluminium foil. The temperature on the inside will rise eventually as exposure to the sunlight. This is because of the better thermal conductivity of the aluminium. The thermometer in contact will eventually give a high temperature reading based to the time of exposure.

How many grams of P4O10 are produced if you burn 50.0 g of phosphorus with sufficient oxygen?
Nata [24]

Answer:

114.4 grams of P₄O₁₀

Explanation:

P₄   +   5O₂   →   P₄O₁₀

50 grams of P₄ are (50 g / 123.88 g/m) = 0.403 moles

Ratio is 1:1 so 0.403 moles of phosphorus can produce the same amount of P₄O₁₀.

Molar mass P₄O₁₀ = 283.88 g/m

0.403 moles . 283.88 g/m = 114.4 g

Sodium chlorate, NaClO3, decomposes when heated to yield sodium chloride and oxygen, a reaction used to provide oxygen for the e
netineya [11]
Sodium chlorate decomposes into sodium chloride and oxygen.
The reaction is
NaClO3 --Δ--> NaCl + O2
The Δ means that heat is used
This equation is still not balanced.
Balancing the equation
2NaClO3 --Δ--> 2NaCl + 3O2
The equation is now balanced.

How many moles of oxygen gas are need to produce 5.53 x 10 moles of water (1)
SIZIF [17.4K]

Answer:

2.765 × × 10³ moles of O₂

Explanation:

The chemical equation to produce water from oxygen and hydrogen is;

2H₂ (g) + O₂ (g) = 2H₂O (l)

From the equation above, we see that;

2 moles of H₂O is produced from 1 mole of O₂

Thus; 5.53 × 10³ moles of H₂O  will require;

(5.53 x 10³ moles of H₂O × 1 mole of O₂)/2 moles of H₂O = 2.765 × × 10³ moles of O₂
