9:30 would be your answer

because sense it was 7:00 1 hour = 60 minutes,

so add 60 minutes to 7:00 and it would turn to 8:00,

then do another 60 minutes which makes 8:00, 9:00.

And as you may know 60 x 2 is 120 so it said in the book that she read haft of the book right?

150 + 150 = 300 pages so sense 60 x 2 is 120 we minus 150 and 120 which is 30

so then we add 30 to 9:00, and makes 9:30

Hope this helped!

A HALF OF 300 is 150! So if there is 150 pages left you divide 150 with 60 and should get 2 with a remainder of 30 so it is now 9:30 P.M

Find x, find jl . any help is deeply appreciated :) !
Doss [256]

Answer:

6. x = 15

7. JL = 78

Step-by-step explanation:

6. 8x - 23 = ½(10x + 44) (midsegment theorem)

Multiply both sides by 2

2(8x - 23) = 10x + 44

16x - 46 = 10x + 44

Collect like terms

16x - 10x = 46 + 44

6x = 90

Divide both sides by 6

x = 90/6

x = 15

7. MN = 5x - 16

JL = 4x + 34

MN = ½(JL) (midsegment theorem)

5x - 16 = ½(4x + 34) (substitution)

2(5x - 16) = 4x + 34

10x - 32 = 4x + 34

Collect like terms

10x - 4x = 32 + 34

6x = 66

x = 66/6

x = 11

JL = 4x + 34

Plug in the value of x

JL = 4(11) + 34 = 44 + 34

JL = 78

So, since Lucy's snake eats 2 mice a week for 6 weeks.

To find the amount of mice her snake has eaten in the past 6 weeks you'll have to multiply 2 and 6.

2x6=?

------------------------------------------------------------------

The first week the snake ate 2 mice.

The second week the snake ate 2 mice.

The third week the snake ate 2 mice.

The fourth week the snake ate 2 mice.

The fifth week the snake ate 2 mice.

Phoenix [80]

Answer:

40 bats sold for $42

26 bats sold for $30

Step-by-step explanation:

x + y = 66

42x + 30y = 2460

solve first equation for y and plug in for y in second equation

42x + 30 (66 - x) = 2460

x = 40

y = 66- 40 = 26
