The objects that are rubbed together will create charges among themselves due to friction.
(1) The balloon rubbed with a wool cloth will be charged.
(2) If she comb near a small, uncharged object nothing will change.
(3) This is a scientific investigation because it does not involved a step by step process to answer a scientific query.

Answer:Jake's balloon will stick together because the balloon he rubbed with wool became a temporary magnet. Knowing that positive pole of a magnet attracts negative pole of the magnet.

The object will stick to Cecilia's comb because of the phenomenon called magnetism.

Wanda has not identified any variable for his testing and have not established a controlled testing situation.

Explanation: Cecila's comb became charged from the constant combing and became a magnet.

Wanda has not set up a proper scientific experiment to define parameters for his testings.
