I am going to have to say D, <em>A communist dictatorship was established in Russia after the Revolution, </em><em />is the answer because the US was determined to spread democracy throughout the world and when Russia became communist that put a strain on relationships between the USA and Russia. The US in a round about way boycotted Communist countries.
