Sin³ x-sin x=cos ² x

we know that:
sin²x + cos²x=1  ⇒cos²x=1-sin²x
Therefore:

sin³x-sin x=1-sin²x
sin³x+sin²x-sin x-1=0

sin³x=z

z³+z²-z-1=0

we divide by Ruffini method:
              1     1     -1     -1
        1           1      2      1                z=1
-------------------------------------
              1     2      1      0
       -1         -1      -1                       z=-1
--------------------------------------
              1     1       0                       z=-1

Therefore; the solutions are z=-1 and z=1

The solutions are:
if z=-1, then
sin x=-1   ⇒x= arcsin -1=π+2kπ    (180º+360ºK)   K∈Z

if z=1, then
sin x=1   ⇒ x=arcsin 1=π/2 + 2kπ   (90º+360ºK)   k∈Z

π/2 + 2kπ    U   π+2Kπ=π/2+kπ     k∈Z    ≈(90º+180ºK)

Answer: π/2 + Kπ    or     90º+180ºK          K∈Z
Z=...-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4....

What is m∠B? (view attached file)
Pepsi [2]

Answer:

m∠B = 141°

Step-by-step explanation:

sides of polygon (n) = 7

sum of angles of polygon = {(n - 2) * 180°}

= {(7 -2)*180°}

= 5* 180°

= 900°

Now,

m∠B = 900° - 148° - 142° - 130° - 129° - 120° - 90°

m∠B = 141°

Help plsssssss i'm lost il give brainiest
alex41 [277]

Answer:

A  16°

B  -8°

C  6°

D  -16°

E  -4°

Step-by-step explanation:

Look at 0° and 10°. There are 5 lines from one to the other, so each line represents 2°.

A

3 lines above 10° = 10° + 3 * 2° = 10° + 6° = 16°

B

1 lines above -10° = -10° + 2° = -8°

C

3 lines above 0° = 0° + 3 * 2° = 0° + 6° = 6°

D

2 lines above -20° = -20° + 2 * 2° = -20° + 4° = -16°

E

3 lines above -10° = -10° + 3 * 2° = -10° + 6° = -4°

Last question on the quiz
Sveta_85 [38]

Answer: 152 degrees.

Step-by-step explanation: Since angle 1 and angle 5 are alternate exterior angles, they are congruent. Thus, angle 5 is also equal to 152 degrees.

How to multiply to the n<br>earest ten
Tcecarenko [31]
I'm not sure what you mean by this, but if you mean rounding, I got an answer.

Say you're rounding 24 to 30.
24 is closer to 20 than 30.

But if you were rounding 25 to 30, 25 would be closer to 30, not 20.
I guess it's kind of confusing.
