Can someone please help me with this question. I think the answer is D but i am not sure. Please reply.

The answer is actually C). There were very few Native American tribes that chose to assimilate into white American culture. Instead, as the colonies spread throughout the  1700s and 1800s, settling farther  and farther westward, the Indians were forced out of their homes, on to reserves, and often into religious and cultural practices outside of Native American culture. You should probably look at the Trail of Tears for more details.
