Coal isn't a mineral!! Coal is organic meaning that it is created by organic material...things that decay like plants and other things.

Minerals are things that occur naturally. Minerals are inorganic meaning they don't come from substances that are living.

can someone explain to me what a Eukaryote and a prokaryote is and why they are different? i keep confusing them.

An eukaryote is a cell that has organelles like the mitochondria, nucleous, etc.. A prokaryote is a cell with no organelles, meaning that the dna flows freely in it. A way i remember which is which, is that the "pro" in prokaryote rhymes with "no" which means "no organelles"
