I hope the total collection was 101.25 "rupees". If not I think you will, still be able to find an answer of your question based on this following solution.
Let's assume the number of students in the class be x.
Given that, each student of a class contributed as many 5 paise or 0.05 rupee as the number of students in the class.
So, each students contibuted 0.05x.
So, Number of students * each students contribution = Total contribution.
x * 0.05x = 101.25
0.05x²= 101.25
Divide each sides by 0.05.
x² = 2025

So, x = 45
So, there are 45 students in the class.
Hope this helps!
The answer to this question is: x>-3
3x-14<7x-2
3x<7x+12
-4x<12
4x>-12
x>-3
Devin is buying 12 for $12 so for each he bought it was $1. If he’s selling them for the same price he bought them for (each) when he sells all 12 for $1, he will be left off with the same price he started off with. Devin is not making any profit. What i would do is sell them for $1.50, and then after each is sold, the total earnings would be $18.
I think it’s Step 2 your welcome
