anything to the left of the decimal point is a whole number greater than 1, and anything to the right is less than one. 135 is obviously the greatest, because the other 4 numbers are only 5 & slightly greater than 5. out of the numbers listed, 5 is the smallest because it is just 5, while 5.7 is 5 and 7/10s which is closer to 6 than it is to 5. 5.83 is the 2nd greatest because .83 is greater than .7
