(5,22.45),(7,25.45)
slope = (25.45 - 22.45) / (7 - 5) = 3/2 or 1.5

y = mx + b
slope(m) = 1.5
use either of ur points...(5,22.45)...x = 5 and y = 22.45
now sub and find b
22.45 = 1.5(5) + b
22.45 = 7.5 + b
22.45 - 7.5 = b
14.95 = b

so ur equation is : y = 1.5x + 14.95.......this means that each quart of oil costs $ 1.50 and the labor fee costs $ 14.95

The hypotnuse of a 45-45-90 triangle has a length of 10 units whats the length of one of its legs
mamaluj [8]

Answer:

  5√2 units ≈ 7.07 units

Step-by-step explanation:

The ratio of leg to hypotenuse in an isosceles right triangle is ...

  leg/hypotenuse = 1/√2

Multiplying by the length of the hypotenuse, we have ...

  leg = hypotenuse/√2 = 10/√2

  leg = 5√2 . . . . rationalize the denominator

The length of one leg is 5√2 units, about 7.07107 units.

Mohammed and luigi were printing calendars. Mohammed used 3 1/2 ink cartridges while Luigi used 1 3/4 ink cartridges. How many m
erica [24]

Step-by-step explanation:

Mohammed used 3 1/2 ink cartridges = \dfrac{7}{2}

Luigi used 1 3/4 ink cartridges = \dfrac{7}{3}

It means that Mohammed used more ink cartridges than Luigi. The more amount is calculated as follows :

\dfrac{7}{2}-\dfrac{7}{3}=\dfrac{7\times3-7\times 2}{6}\\\\=\dfrac{21-14}{6}\\\\=\dfrac{7}{6}

So, \dfrac{7}{6} more ink cartridges Mohammed used than Luigi.
