If their receptor are still fuctioning, then yes.

There are four states

1)Alert: The person is basically still alive
2)Verbal: About to be unconcious
3)Pain: Verbal but can still feel pain
4)Unconcious: About to die, the body will feel cold but the heart is still beating.
