michael josephson Its a sign of troubled times when the concept of pressure becomes an acceptable excuse for ethical shortcuts a

nd moral shortcomings. Pressures are just temptations in disguise and its never been acceptable to give in to temptation. Ethics is about the way things ought to be, not about the way things are. When it comes to ethics, motive is very important. A person of character does the right thing for the right reason. Compliance is about what we must do; ethics is about what we should do. Ethical people often do more than the law requires and less than it allows. The area of discretion between the legal must and the moral should tests our character. Noble talk and framed ethics statements are no substitute for principled conduct. The test is doing the right thing.

Answer:

Explanation:

Ethics is a set of knowledge derived from the investigation of human behavior when trying to explain moral rules in a rational, grounded, scientific and theoretical way.

It is a reflection on morality, which even helps to define our own criteria about what is happening around us.

Morality is the set of rules that apply in everyday life and all citizens use them continuously. These norms guide each individual, orienting their actions and their judgments about what is moral or immoral, right or wrong, good or bad.

It is worth mentioning that the moral rules vary according to the culture, traditions and education of each community or social group.

Why are wealthy people essential in the economy?
Oksanka [162]

Answer:

To pay those of us with less money

Explanation:

Wealthy people hire people with less money than them to do things and when you have a job or do something for them they pay you in return. Imagine a very wealthy person owns a successful business, they can't clean they store, manage stocks(stonks), and do everything else by themselves and that's where the people who need money come in. They pay us to work for them and they still get money back from the business. That's what rich people are for to pay those of us who need money, making them a very essential part of the economy.
