I want to say the answer is 1/3 is more than 3/10. Not sure.

$\frac{1}{3}$ > $\frac{3}{10}$

To compare fractions we require them to have common denominators

the lowest common denominator of 3 and 10 is 30

multiply numerators and denominators by the same quantity

$\frac{1}{3}$ × $\frac{10}{10}$ = $\frac{10}{30}$

and $\frac{3}{10}$ × $\frac{3}{3}$ = $\frac{9}{30}$

$\frac{10}{30}$ > $\frac{9}{30}$

thus $\frac{1}{3}$ > $\frac{3}{10}$
