I want to say the answer is 1/3 is more than 3/10. Not sure.

\frac{1}{3} > \frac{3}{10}

To compare fractions we require them to have common denominators

the lowest common denominator of 3 and 10 is 30

multiply numerators and denominators by the same quantity

\frac{1}{3} × \frac{10}{10} = \frac{10}{30}

and \frac{3}{10} × \frac{3}{3} = \frac{9}{30}

\frac{10}{30} > \frac{9}{30}

thus \frac{1}{3} > \frac{3}{10}
