False because there are many more forces that can act on one thing at one time or can have less than four at one time. This is just a law of physics.

That's an untrue statement.

The rope in a tug-o-war may have two or three HUNDRED forces on it, all at the same time.

•Every action has an equal and opposite reaction (the object is putting force on the target, and the target is putting an equal amount of force back)
•Am object in motion (the object) will stay in motion unless an outside force acts upon it (the Target)
