Cirrhosis of the liver. You really don't need to look at the other choices. Alcohol abuse and over consuming them would affect the whole body, but the liver would be affected the most because the liver tries to filter the blood, therefore, all the alcohol going to the liver.
Sometimes your body can get used to a drug being in your system and by eliminating it from your system can be harmful
