These are some of responsibilities I always prioritize:

1. Taking care of my younger baby brother
2. Doing my family’s laundry

Explanation:

1. Taking care of my younger baby brother – my younger sibling, a toddler, is too young to take care of himself, so to help my mother from her household chores, I am my brother’s personal babysitter.

2. Doing my family’s laundry – As a responsible eldest child, doing laundry of a week’s worth is time-consuming. It is also important to consider how much time I would have to do laundry because I need the sun to dry the washed clothes. It's also not the only household chore I’m finishing during weekends.

Between the two, I prioritize taking of my brother since I could always do the laundry for during the weekends.

Time management is an important skill because we only have 24 hours in a day. If we want to be productive, we have to set a schedule. This also hones our decision-making ability, to know if this task is important or may be delayed for a few more hours/day. Time management also allows us to schedule our free time so we won’t get stressed in cramming our chores in a day or two.
