Answer:Active Volcano

Explanation:

A volcano is active if there are currwnt activities going on in it such as current eruptions or any signs that show that there are some.

According to Smithsonian Global Volcanism Program an active volcano is the one which has erupted in the last 10, 000 years. When there is no lava or any activity in the volcano chamber it finally goes extinct. Active volcanoes are expected to erupt in the very near future. Those volcanoes which haven't erupted in a very long time but which shows a chance that they might in the future are called dormant.
