You wanna kiss normally but when both of you open your mouth stick your tongue in. It will be weird the first time but it will be worth if after a couple times. :)

      another way how it is repaired surgicly is they open the skin or cut it open  and then they get rid of any glump with spacific tools and the take out or reaplace that thing.
