In order to find out what it should be the scientific notation, you've got to get it between 0.1 and 9.9, therefore, you've got to divide it by 10 million
46,500,000 / 10,000,000 = 4.65
This is then in the correct form, and you've then got to find the notation.
To do this, you need to keep dividing 10,000,000 until you get to 10.
10,000,000/10= 1,000,000/ 10= 100,000/ 10= 10,000/10= 1,000/ 10= 100/10= 10
You've divided it by ten six times, therefore, the scientific notation is 10^6.
Therefore, 46,500,000 in scientific notation is 4.65 x 10^6
Hope this helps :)

If you chip your tooth enamel, it may grow back.
True
False
Yuri [45]

Answer:

When a patient has a chipped tooth, it means that a small portion of their tooth is no longer there. Chipped teeth are one of the more common types of dental problems that general dentists deal with. However, chipped teeth do not grow back on any portion of a tooth and instead need to be repaired by a general dentist.

Hope this helped <3

Two equipotential surfaces surround a +3.10 x 10-8-c point charge. how far is the 290-v surface from the 41.0-v surface?
MrMuchimi
The equation to be used here to determine the distance between two equipotential points is:
V = k * Q / r

where v is the voltage of the point, k is a constant, Q is charge of the point measured in coloumbs and r is the distance.
In this case, we can use ratio of proportions to determine the distance between the two points. in this respect,

Point 1:
V = k * Q / r = 290
r = k*Q/290 ; kQ = 290r

Point 2:
V = k * Q / R = 41
R = k*Q/41
from equation 10 kQ = 290r
R = 290/(41)= 7.07 m
The distance between the two points then is equal to 7.07 m.

Find the emitted power per square meter of peak intensity for a 3000 k object that emits thermal radiation.
Aleksandr [31]
According to Stefan-Boltzmann Law, the thermal energy radiated by a radiator per second per unit area is proportional to the fourth power of the absolute temperature. It is given by;
    P/A = σ T⁴ j/m²s
Where; P is the power, A is the area in square Meters, T is temperature in kelvin and σ is the Stefan-Boltzmann constant, ( 5.67 × 10^-8 watt/m²K⁴)
Therefore;
Power/square meter = (5.67 × 10^-8) × (3000)⁴
                                 =  4.59 × 10^6 Watts/square meter

FIND THE WEIGHT OF A 80 KG MAN ON THE SURFACE OF MOON? WHAT SHOULD BE HISS MASS ON THE EARTH AND ON THE MOON? (ge = 9.8 m/s2 ; g
elena55 [62]

Weight = (mass) x (acceleration of gravity at the place where the mass is) .

Man's mass = 80 kg

His weight on Earth = (80 kg) x (9.8 m/s²) = 784 newtons (about 176 pounds)

His weight on the Moon = (80 kg) x (1.63 m/s²) = 130.4 newtons (about  29.2 pounds)

His mass is 80 kg. Mass is the thing about him that doesn't change.
He has the same mass on the Earth, on the Moon, or anywhere.
