Account alerts consist of two red letter codes such as OC, DP, RB, and IC. These codes alert customers or patients if they satisfy specific conditions for their payment. For example, RB tells a patient that there is a remaining balance. DP stands for delinquent payment, while OC and IC stand for overdue co-payment and in collection respectively.If the account alert is turned off, then the patient won't know the status of his/her payment.
