Acquired ImmunoDeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) describes the stage of HIV infection that occurs when a person’s immune system is severely weakened.AIDS is the most severe phase of HIV infection.

This stage is characterized with very low number of helper T cells in the blood, badly damaged immune systems so that the infected get an increasing number of severe illnesses, called opportunistic illnesses.

Antibiotics kill bacteria but they won't kill ringworm which is most likely the reason why it is so hard to eliminate the ringworm disease.. Hope this helps!
