Her estimate would not be greater, so it would be near the actual estimate. the numbers 70 and 10 are smaller than the numbers 73 and 12, so it is not possible for 70 x 10 to be more than 73 x 12 is. i hope this helps!!

A person is riding a bicycle, and its wheels have an angular velocity of 10.7 rad/s. Then, the brakes are applied and the bike i
Scilla [17]

Answer:

(a) t = 22.9 s

(b) α= - 0.467 rad/s²

Explanation:

The uniformly accelerated circular movement, is a circular path movement in which the angular acceleration is constant.

We apply the equations of circular motion uniformly accelerated :

ωf ²=  ω₀² + 2*α*θ  Formula (1)

ωf= ω₀ + α*t Formula (2)

Where:

θ : angle that the body has rotated in a given time interval (rad)

α : angular acceleration (rad/s²)

t : time interval (s)

ω₀ : initial angular speed ( rad/s)

ωf : final angular speed ( rad/s)

Data

θ =  19.5 revolutions  : angular displacement of each wheel or angle that the  wheel has rotated in a given time interval

ω₀= 10.7 rad/s :  initial angular speed of the Wheel ( rad/s)

ωf = 0 : final angular speed  of the Whee( rad/s)

Calculating of the angular acceleration (α )

We replace data in the fómula (1),considering that 1 revolution is equal to 2π radians :

ωf ²=  ω₀² + 2*α*θ

(0 )²=  (10.7)² + 2*α*(19.5*2*π )

0= 114.49 + (245.04)*α

-114.49 =  (245.04)*α

α= (-114.49) /(245.04)

α= -114.49 /(245.04)

α= -0.467 rad/s²

Time does it take for the bike to come to rest

We replace data in the formula (2)

ωf = ω₀ + α*t

0 =  10.7 + -0.467*t

-10.7  = - 0.467*t    we multiply by (-1) both sides of the equation :

10.7  = 0.467*t

t = 10.7 / 0.467

t = 22.9 s

z jaka maksymalna predkoscia porusza sie przez krotka chwile rowerzysta jezeli dysponuje moca maksymalna 420w i przy predkosci z
qwelly [4]

Answer:

12 m/s

Explanation:

English Translation

At what maximum speed is the cyclist traveling for a short time if he has a maximum power of 420W and at this speed he must overcome the resistance 35N.

The Power, P, expended by a moving body with velocity, v, moving against a resistive force of F is given as

P = Fv

P = 420 W

F = 35 N

v = ?

420 = 35v

v = (420/35) = 12 m/s

In Polish/Po polsku

Moc P, wydana przez poruszające się ciało z prędkością v, poruszająca się przeciw sile oporu F, jest podana jako

P = Fv

P = 420 W

F = 35 N

v = ?

420 = 35v

v = (420/35) = 12 m/s

Hope this Helps!!!

Mark Watney begins his day 15 km West and 25 km North of his Mars Habitat. a. Set up a co-ordinate system (draw labeled axis and
Goryan [66]

Answer:

a, b) part a and b on diagram attached

c) sf = -35 i + 20 j

35 km West and 20 km North

Explanation:

For part a and b refer to the attached co-ordinate system:

Note: unit vector i is in West/East direction and unit vector j is in North/South direction.

si = -15 i + 25 j

sf-si  = -20 i - 5 j

Hence,

Mark relative position from habitat sf = si + sf/i

sf = ( -15 i + 25 j ) + ( -20 i - 5 j )

sf = -35 i + 20 j

35 km West and 20 km North

How do we know that galaxy clusters contain a lot of mass in the form of hot gas that fills spaces between individual galaxies?.
Olin [163]

while the gas  is detected with X-ray telescopes, that's how we get to know  that galaxy clusters contain a lot of mass in the form of hot gas that fills spaces between individual galaxies

The galaxy may be a gravitationally bound substance, ordinarily comprising dark matter, gas, dust, and stars. Galaxies populate the Universe, primarily residing in groups and clusters. Most galaxies have an add up to mass between ~ 107 M⊙ and 1012 M⊙. The galaxies within the Universe are always changing – through secular advancement, mergers, and interactions. An X-ray telescope may be a telescope that's outlined to observe farther objects within the X-ray spectrum. The fundamental components of the telescope are the optics ( collimating), which collects the radiation entering the telescope, and the detector, on which the radiation is collected and measured. An assortment of different plans and advances have been utilized for these elements.
