What makes our metabolism faster and what slows it down?

I am a body builder , and metabolism is something we look forward to.
 Making it faster = just eat healthy + junk + lots of them. work out more than you think is needed your metabolism should raise instantly. 

What slows it down? = not working out not eating healthy and dieting , trying to loose weight . when you are on that chair instead of walking or running it is slowing your metabolism down.

One of the most important things for good metabolism is to drink a lot of water (cold water is better for metabolism than warm). Hi there! Some types of foods that should generally be avoided several hours before exercise are :

* Fried or very fatty foods ( Fries, Fast Food)
* Dairy Products  ( Milk, Yogurt. etc.)
* Alcohol 
* Carbonated Drinks ( Soda, Sparkling Water.. etc. )
These foods can slow down your workout, cause discomfort when exercising , and even make you sick.
