Washing your hands is the easiest way to prevent your body from easily being attacked by germs and pathogens that can cause the common cold. It is especially important to wash your hands after using the bathroom, sneezing, and before eating. Being more aware of the people who are around you who are sick and keeping a safe distance is important. Their sneezing can release many droplets into the air that are one of the easiest ways of infecting someone else with the common cold.
